Welcome back, my friends and followers! This is gonna be something I do from now on called The Punk Report! Just small periodic updates (maybe 4-5 a year?) where I reflect on stuff and give plans for the future! :>

In a previous post, I made some LOFTY promises with things like starting my webcomic and making a Discord server and those things have obviously not happened. That is for many reasons but the main one is that I was and still am simply unable to give those things my time atm. Things have come up, it's been overwhelming, and I've put off doing a lot of stuff. It's slowed me down and has gotten in the way of my creative endeavors. However, I'm working on it and I'm hoping to get back on track soon! I've been slowly amassing a following on here and Bluesky regardless and I am very thankful for each and every one of you!

So what will that look like? Well regarding the Discord server, I've since gone back on the idea and it's not something I am making a priority atm but I think it will exist at some point, just not any time soon. I plan to open my Patreon around the same time I start the webcomic.

As for that...

The big thing. The webcomic. I'm not gonna make any promises but I really do have a lot of hope and confidence that it will be starting this year. I've kept detail about it very secret but I think I will let some info slip here! The comic is called "Nova Force Galactic" and follows the insane adventure of 3 space pilots (Dexter, Bella, and Joe) who make up the titular crime fighting team "Nova Force" and their eternal rival: The diabolical Gabriella Gloom. It's a very silly and over the top but earnest story that plays off of tropes while being something all it's own. Some big inspirations for it are Dandadan, No More Heroes, and the wonderful artists and culture here on Newgrounds!
